By using stardew.build you agree to these terms. The short version:this is a free fan tool, be decent with it, your designs are yours, and the game's art belongs to ConcernedApe.
The service
stardew.build is a free, fan-made farm planner for Stardew Valley, run by an independent developer as a hobby project, not a commercial service.

Stardew Valley is © ConcernedApe LLC. This site is an unofficial fan tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ConcernedApe or Chucklefish. All game art, sprites, names, and assets shown in the planner belong to ConcernedApe and appear here under the same fan-use convention as the community wiki. Don't extract art from this site for anything beyond the same kind of personal, non-commercial fan use. If you enjoy the game, please buy it and support the developer.
Your farms
Farm designs you create are yours. When you publish a share, you make that snapshot public and give us permission to host and display it (including its preview image, for example when the link is posted elsewhere) for as long as the share exists.
House rules
- Don't put unlawful, hateful, or harassing content in farm names or anything else that becomes visible to other people.
- Don't try to disrupt or overload the service or abuse its APIs. If you stumble on a security problem, please report it to us instead of exploiting it.
- Don't present the site as official or as your own work.
We may remove shares or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Accounts
Sign-in uses your Google account, and keeping that account secure is up to you. You can stop using the service at any time and can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", free of charge, with no warranties of any kind. It may change, break, or shut down at any time. Export backups of designs you care about.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.
Feedback
If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always live at this page with its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
